Excelent place to stay, don't miss having dinner at the terrace overlooking Granada.

The hotel met all our expectations regading the faclities, spacious rooms, clean bathroom and so forth. There was a couple of details that really liked us: the additional bed/sofa bed was fully set when we entered the room and the staff's service was premium, specially Mr. Gerardo who took care of us making us feel welcome and comfortable.

Great value for money, best shower view, super quiet, I'd stay here again

Would have loved the option of choosing between typical Spanish breakfast (lot of bread) and continental (eggs, some meat, cheese) for which I would have gladly pay extra.

Exceptional

Spacious room and very clean. There was a minibar which was handy when traveling with a baby. The staff was incredibly nice and helped out when they didn't find the booking in the system. Beautiful neighborhood. We used the car to visit Granada city center, around 15min to there. Parking on the patio hotel was smooth. Good breakfast, spanish way with delicious tostadas.

All went very well. :)

Grood hotel outside of Granada with easy access to to the Alhambra.

Plenty of parking, nice big room and elevator was handy. Good breakfast with toast, orange juice and coffee. The location is outside of Granada but we could drive to the Alhambra from the back and avoid the city, which was about 15 minutes away.

It was what we were looking for so nothing really bad. Just be aware that you are in a neighborhood with not shops, or restaurants besides the one at the hotel.

Delighted with our stay

Thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay. Staff were very helpful and friendly and couldn’t do enough for our group. Our room was large, clean, and we slept soundly. Breakfast was served promptly and the evening meal was enjoyed by all. An unexpected bonus was the interaction with a Spanish family who were also celebrating birthdays so lots of singing Happy Birthday in English & Spanish. A really enjoyable stay and we will definitely go back

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Los Cerezos.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Los Cerezos. It was a great landing spot for our two planned destinations in the area - a visit to the Alhambra and a day skiing at Sierra Nevada. No difficulty parking (lot available), friendly hosts, and breakfast to boot. Rooms were exactly as expected.

The room was spacious and well furnished. Good bathroon and shower. Comfotable bed, great view from balcony.

The room was very cold, there was aircon but it only blew cold air into an already cold room. Breakfast was very basic.

Don't book here for the pool!

The hotel was very clean, our room was spacious and bright, the restaurant's summer terrace has fabulous views (book a table, it's worth it) and the food was great.

The pool area was a huge disappointment. You have to go out of the hotel, walk down the hill and turn right, then go along the road to find the pool. It is very unloved, with hardly any pool furniture around it. One of the few ancient sunbeds broke when another guest lay on it. The only way into the pool itself is down some steep wobbly ladders, so is not very suitable for older/infirm guests. The 'shallow' end was over a metre deep, so it is not suitable for young children either. Families be warned! The view is great, so if it was revamped by the hotel (plenty of new sturdy sunbeds, steps into the pool, direct access from the hotel, and bar service availability) it could be a fabulous asset. What a shame, as we booked here because of the pool photos on Booking.com.

Room was more like a suite, clean, with comfortable bed. Coffee was very good, large glass of juice served with breakfast. Menus were in Spanish and English, which was very much appreciated. Even though I spoke no Spanish staff was very helpful and made me feel very welcomed.

The freshly squeezed orange juice otherwise Not much!

1. WiFi did not work, aa)totally wrong instrustions published in the room bb)subsequently wrong info was given verbally cc) several hours later I finally received the correct info when a younger staff member came to work. 2. Very few staff speak English. 3. Doors to the outside left open, it was around 0 deg C outside. 4. Door from the outside leading directly into the dining room made the dining area very cold. 5. The carpet (Runner)on the first floor was worn and not fixed to the floor, my shoe got caught and I fell, could easily gone terrible wrong (I'm 76 yrs old) 6. Breakfast was poor: Coffee, bread butter and marmalade 7) The first afternoon noisy kids were playing in the lobby, noboby cared!

Excellent service and quality

Hotel los Cerezos is an excellent hotel in beautiful settings, we used it for skiing in Sieera Nevada, from theh sieera you take the country lane into Monachill which cuts out a lot of the traffic for the sierra. The hotel is excellent in comparison price to service, settings, room sizes and facilities. The staff were very friendly and although they normally serve breakfast at 8 they were more than happy to serve an hour earlier at 7 to allow us extra time skiing. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice clean hotel with good staff easy parking and...

Nice clean hotel with good staff easy parking and information on walks etc nearby, Bar, restaurants with one on the terrace having its own kitchen and bar area with great views over Granada. The food was hot and tasty and gets the terrace gets busy so book a table is recommended

I think due to alterations to get to the pool you have to walk around the outside of the hotel but the pool is very good.
